How it connects

TikTok Shop connects through Shopify.

TikTok's app for Shopify syncs your products to TikTok Shop and lets you manage its orders in your Shopify admin, where our app picks up the NinjaBuy ones.

  1. Check where your shop may ship from

    TikTok Shop sets this by region. If your region accepts only domestic parcels, orders from China don't fit there.

  2. Install NinjaBuy on Shopify

    Our app adds NinjaBuy as a fulfillment location, so Shopify sends us the orders for products we ship.

  3. Add TikTok's Shopify app

    Connect your TikTok Shop seller account and choose which products to sync.

  4. Orders come to us by themselves

    TikTok Shop → Shopify → NinjaBuy. We mark the Shopify order shipped with its tracking number.

TikTok Shop US accepts domestic orders only: its logistics rules say cross-border orders aren't permitted on the US platform. Parcels from China don't fit a US shop today.

Rules to know

TikTok Shop is strict about shipping.

Its rules differ by region and change often. Read your region's rules in TikTok Shop's Seller Center before you list.

  • Where parcels ship from

    On the US platform, TikTok Shop allows only domestic orders, so a US shop can't ship from China. Other regions set their own rules.

  • Orders through Shopify

    TikTok's Shopify app syncs your products and lets you manage TikTok Shop orders and stock in Shopify, which is where we receive them.

  • Fast handling counts

    Buying after the sale takes days. Stock you keep on our shelf ships sooner, so pick bestsellers to buy ahead.

  • No copies of brands

    Counterfeits break every channel's rules and every payment provider's. Our importer warns you when a listing looks branded; leave those out.

Can I ship TikTok Shop orders from China?
Not to a US shop: TikTok Shop's US logistics rules accept domestic orders only. Other regions differ; read yours, and we'll tell you plainly if your setup fits.
Do I need a Shopify store?
Yes. TikTok Shop orders reach us through TikTok's Shopify app and ours.
How does tracking reach TikTok Shop?
We add it to the Shopify order. TikTok's app manages TikTok Shop orders from Shopify; check in its settings that fulfillment syncs back.
Which products work best?
Ones you can buy ahead into our warehouse, so a sale from a video ships from the shelf instead of waiting on a seller in China.
Does stock sync reach TikTok Shop?
Yes, through Shopify. We set the Shopify stock, and TikTok's app updates your shop.
Do you run creator affiliates?
No. Affiliates and ads are TikTok's tools. We handle everything after the order.
What does NinjaBuy cost?
The importer, the sync and the apps are free. On each order you pay for the goods, a CN¥12.00 intake fee per item group, shipping and a handling fee per parcel, with a 14% flat tax on those lines.
