An order is paid in two bills from your balance, both in CN¥: one when we buy it, one when we ship it.

What an item group is
One product line in an order, whatever the quantity. Three of the same tote is one group and pays the intake fee once. A tote and a cup are two groups, even from the same seller, because each is bought, followed and checked on its own.
A worked example
One CN¥68.00 tote, sold once, weighing 0.6 kg packed, shipped to the United States on the Saver line.

Tag removal left off. The shipping line is today's published rate for this parcel.
Your margin is your sale price minus this total and your marketplace's own fees. The importer does this sum for every product before you list it: Product importer.
Shipping rates
Shipping is priced on the parcel's weight and its country, on the line you choose. Look up any parcel in the shipping calculator; it uses the same table.

Estimates from when the parcel leaves our warehouse, not promises. Customs can add days.
- Bulky, light parcels are charged by volumetric weight when it is higher than the real weight.
- The estimate at import uses the seller's weight; the parcel is charged on our scale. A difference either way is settled from your balance.
- Some goods, such as items with batteries, ship only on certain lines.
What is free
- The product importer, with no limit on how many products you import.
- Price and stock sync for every product you import.
- Our Shopify app.
- QC photos of every item.
- Storage for 14 days from each item's arrival.
- Removing retail and shoe boxes when we pack.
- Top-ups paid in CN¥.
How you pay
Both bills come out of your NinjaBuy balance as the order moves, so you top up rather than pay order by order. An order the balance can't cover is held until you top up. Refunds go back to the same balance.
